I understand the challenges of looking for a home when you are not local to the area. I will be your eyes and ears in Georgia and will arrange for virtual showings, meetings and even closings if necessary. When you are interested in a home, online pictures don't tell the whole story. When I do a virtual tour I'm sure to capture details like neighboring homes and communities, traffic patterns and details of the home that are hidden in the marketing photos. Before you make your trip to Georgia, I will have pre-viewed and video recorded all prospective homes \ communities so that your visit is a productive.

If you decide to purchase a new construction home, I am by your side assisting you and guiding you through the entire process. I will assist you with lot & floorplan selection, design center selections, inspections and walk-thrus. I have an extensive background in new construction management and I use that knowledge to anticipate and mitigate potential issues

This is an annual food festival that takes place in October. It features samples from some of the best restaurants in Atlanta

PEIDMOND PARK
Atlanta Dogwood Festival: takes place in April and celebrates the blooming of the Dogwood trees and features art exhibits, live music, food, and a variety of family-friendly activities.
PEACHTREE STREET
The Peachtree Road Race is an annual 10K race held in Atlanta. It is the largest 10K race in the world, with over 60,000 participants every year. The race takes place on July 4th each year, with a course running through the city.
Buckhead is Atlanta’s premier shopping destination, with luxury shops like Jimmy Choo, Tiffany’s, Louis Vuitton, and Diptyque housed within its major retail centers.
